CHARTERED INSTITUTE FOR IT – GRADUATE DIPLOMA – EQUVALENT TO UK DEGREE

Entry Requirement:

This course is designed for IT experts who are already in the filed of IT but do not have certification to proof their worth of experience or do not have the time to attend traditional school setup due to adult hood or work schedule.

IT / MIS / ISD Managers

System Administrators  

Database Administrators

Networking and Hardware Technicians

Diploma in Networking, Hardware and Software Development

NCC Education

MCSE

CCNA

IMIS

SHS Certificate with passes in English, Math and Core Science

Work Experience in IT field for Supervisory position or higher or and over 3years  work experience

Bsc. Computer Science

 

Requirements:

Minimum of Two (2) year working experience on the field of IT with Qualification in the Hardware, Networking, Systems Administration, Programming, Graphic Designing, Web designing/Development. IMIS.

Certificate Awarded: Postgraduate Diploma – Equivalent to a UK Degree

Duration: 3 Years Campus Learning 

Also for students with an aggregate score of at least Twenty Four (24) in Six (6) subjects with at least passes in Three (3) Core Subjects which are;

* English
* Mathematics
* Integrated Science

And any Three (3) of the Elective Subjects (A1 – E8 in WASSCE or A – E in SSSCE).

Duration: 3 Years Campus Learning 

ACCADEMIC YEAR

The Academic year has two (2) semesters, as stated below:

First Semester:               February 2010 – July 2010
Second Semester:           July 2010 - December 2010
